BOOKING A HOTEL ROOM

You can reserve a hotel room now and then come back later to purchase your registration

To do that, just select Hotel Reservation from the menu, and then click on the Holiday Inn Reservations button on the next screen. This will insure that you get the discounted rate available in the room block.

Why book a hotel room

It is the responsibility of the PACNA committee to ensure that our fellowship receives the best hotel rates while attending the Convention. To secure those rates, we need to commit to a certain number of rooms, called a “block.” PACNA is financially responsible for filling that block. So, as long as members are willing to reserve these rooms, we will not be in danger of facing large penalties. Help us ensure we meet our room block obligation. Thank you!
